We are looking for an experienced specialist to audit, fix, and enhance the integration between Google Ads accounts and Workbooks CRM. The goal is to ensure accurate lead tracking, improve attribution, and implement server-side conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis & Auditing: Conduct a full audit of the current Google Ads to Workbooks integration. Analyze data flows to identify the root cause of lead discrepancies.
  • Technical Implementation: Fix the integration to ensure accurate lead syncing. Implement server-side conversion tracking and enhance data capture (GCLID, Ad Group ID, etc.).
  • Reporting & Documentation: Document the integration logic, data flow, and provide a clear report on findings and resolutions. Ensure ongoing data accuracy and provide guidance for maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience with Google Ads API and offline conversion tracking.

  • Hands-on experience with Workbooks CRM (or similar CRM platforms).

  • Strong understanding of PPC lead tracking and attribution models.

  • Ability to troubleshoot data flow issues and ensure data

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

  • Able to provide examples of past Google Ads → CRM integrations and server-side tracking implementations.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with multiple Google Ads account setups.

  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation processes.
