Database / System Administrator (all genders)

- You are jointly responsible for the administration (installation, operation, maintenance and optimization) of our database systems (MySQL) under Linux
- You will participate in the design and expansion of the database systems up to high-availability solutions
- You will be in close contact with the developers of our applications to support them as a database administrator
- You will support our team in the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure as well as in the integration of new technologies
- You see yourself as part of a team for the continuous analysis, optimization and further development of the existing system as well as internal processes and procedures
- Degree in the field of computer science or comparable training
- Many years of experience in the operation and architecture of MySQL databases and their replication
- Sound knowledge in the administration of Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian)
- Independent and careful way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills is a must, good German skills are a plus
