We are looking for a skilled and reliable
System Administrator
with strong technical expertise and excellent German language skills to join our team. This is a
long-term B2B collaboration
(minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Dell EMC and HPE hardware (iDRAC, iLO): firmware patching.
  • Remote troubleshooting and remote administration of the Infiniband network.
  • Administration of the HPE cluster: OS maintenance (Red Hat) and Job Scheduler (PBS).
  • Administration of HPE storage: BeeGFS on Red Hat.
  • Administration of file servers: NFS, Samba CIFS.
  • Administration of workstations: Red Hat and Windows.
  • Preparation and installation of application software (CAE).
  • Creation and maintenance of scripts (Bash, csh, PowerShell).
  • User support via ticketing system and MS Teams.

Requirements:

  • German language proficiency: C1 level (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of Red Hat Linux 8 & 9 and Windows 10 & 11 administration.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Proficient in using MS Office products.
  • Previous experience in system administration within complex IT environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.

Service Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • Approx. 160 hours/month
