Job role
The role of a Performance & Rewards Global Expert at Allianz Services HR & Organizational Change, where you will play a pivotal role in the administration of compensation and variable pay within SuccessFactors, managing the process from end to end. In this position, you will leverage your quantitative and analytical expertise to consult and challenge Top Management and HR Business Partners, utilizing data to drive impactful business decisions. Your responsibilities will include providing first-level support for SuccessFactors modules related to compensation and guiding global performance management processes. Join an international team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals, where you will have the opportunity to shape our benefits landscape and ensure the effectiveness of reward programs across various functions and geographies.
What you will do
- Consult, advise, and support HR Business Partners, Generalists, and Management on performance & rewards topics.
- Develop effective presentations on Performance & Reward related topics for top management decision-making.
- Provide relevant analyses for reporting purposes and facilitate management decision-making.
- Administer Compensation and Variable Pay cycle in Success Factors end-to-end to ensure a smooth process.
- Foster collaboration between HR Business Partners and employees on performance & rewards topics.
- Work closely with local HR teams to identify opportunities to standardize reward programs across functions and geographies.
- Engage in various Rewards & Performance projects.
What you bring
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Rewards/Compensation & Benefits/HR Generalist roles within multinational organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of performance and compensation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP HR/Success Factors or similar HR software.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders in virtual teams across continents and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-experts and manage various interests.
- Active discussion and collaboration partner for internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mentality and capability to deliver results.
- Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.
- Experience in large impact project/process/change initiatives; project management skills to develop detailed process steps and project plans for global implementation would be an advantage.
