In this versatile position, you will act as the link between our survey partners and our panel members. You will ensure smooth collaboration with external marketplaces, while keeping our panel members engaged, active, and well-profiled. You will oversee processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Panel & Project Manager.

What you will do

Survey Partner Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with international survey marketplaces and partners.
  • Coordinate and monitor campaigns and projects.
  • Analyze performance and quality and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure a healthy balance between survey supply and panel activity.

Panel Management

  • Engage and retain panel members across 36 countries.
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and reward mechanisms.
  • Optimize member profiling to improve survey matching.
  • Report on panel activity, retention, and satisfaction.

What we are looking for

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, for example in panel management, community management, operations, or project management.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in working with data and dashboards.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Affinity with online communities, market research, or digital platforms.
