Reward Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Provides support for developing, implementing and administrating reward and recognition programs by performing market analyses, job analyses and job evaluations.
  • Evaluates new and existing positions by analyzing position roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate classification and salary levels.
  • Assure fairness and proper calibration within the job structure through the Job evaluation process and tools.
  • Analyze, propose, implement and adjust the compensation plans according to the company's framework and policy.
  • Delivers all necessary data for salary surveys.
  • Perform salary analysis, according to local legislation, to align company's reward package to the market and to the internal company regulations.
  • Evaluates and analyzes data from salary surveys to confirm company's positioning on the market and to determine internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Examines predictions for market changes in salary ranges and recommends revisions to the company's compensation plans.
  • Perform necessary reporting and analyses regarding personnel costs, make sure that the required reporting to the top management is timely and accurate.
  • Design, prepares, analyses ad-hoc reward related reports for management and HR Business Partners.
  • Develops reports for tracking reward KPIs.
  • Has input in company's budget related to payroll cost and annual salary reviews.
  • Has input in setting up the annual Reward area budget.
  • Through his/her support and input, assures consistency of the reward decisions with the agreed Reward Strategy's principles and messages.
  • Advises, offers consultancy and provides the necessary information and materials in all reward processes and procedures to HR Business Partners, to the company's management and/or other stakeholders.
  • Has input in building the communication plans and messages related to their area of expertise.
  • Contributes to the operational excellence of the department by continuously improving efficiency in their area of work.
  • Coordinates a team of 2 to 4 people.
  • Participates in departments projects/activities assigned by direct manager.

What makes you a good fit:

  • Proactive, able to perform in a multitasking and dynamic environment that generates new situations, requiring quick decision making and focus on solutions.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Reward and minimum 2 years in managerial position in HR.
  • Job grading experience based on Mercer/Hay/Willis Towers Watson methodology and building salary grids highly appreciated.
  • Ability to work with different groups and different authority levels.
  • Good communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Very good MS Office skills (advanced Excel level).
  • Diplomacy and tact, balanced approach and stress resilience.
  • See the rationale behind figures.
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines.
