Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom industry, ISP, and procurement
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with global partners.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to develop procurement expertise.
  • Ability to speak fluently in English

Responsibilities for this role include (but aren't limited to)

  • Perform availability checks for quotes using internal platforms, partner portals, or email.
  • Keep partner information updated in the system every semester.
  • Support Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams with procurement data and coordination.
  • Process and track orders for internet services with accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with contract filing, documentation, and partner contact updates.
  • Test pricing accuracy in our platform to ensure correct logic and competitiveness under supervision.
  • Collaborate with Sales to tailor partner offerings to regional needs.
  • Communicate daily with partners to confirm availability and service level details.
  • Negotiate and finalize pricing for small or mid-size opportunities.
  • Support RFP responses with commercial data, partner quotes, and pricing inputs.
  • Evaluate partner performance based on predefined KPIs and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and basic legal requirements.
  • Begin performing cost analysis and supplier comparisons.
