RESPONSABILITĂȚI PRINCIPALE:

  • Întocmirea dosarului de calificare conform cerinţelor din documentaţia de atribuire a contractelor de achiziţie publică
  • Gestionarea contestatiilor formulate in procedura de atribuire a contractului;
  • Redactarea diverselor documente specifice procesului de contractare (contracte, anexe la contracte, acte aditionale)
  • Este responsabil de obtinerea tuturor avizelor necesare semnarii contractelor
  • Este responsabil de organizarea intalnirilor echipei de proiect pe tot parcursul procesului de ofertare-contractare
  • Menţinerea legăturii cu autorităţile contractante sau cu organizatorii licitaţiilor pe parcursul derulării procedurilor aferente
  • Reprezentarea firmei atât în relaţiile cu subcontractanţii şi contractanţii principali pe parcursul procedurilor de achiziţii publice
  • Monitorizarea permanentă a reglementărilor şi condiţiilor de calificare pentru participarea la procedurile de achiziţii publice
  • Colaborare interdepartamentala în vederea soluţionării problemelor apărute în procesul de ofertare
  • Suport pentru vanzare si prevanzare pentru intocmirea ofertelor tehnice si financiare

CERINȚELE POSTULUI:

  1. Nivel minim de studii

Studii superioare;

  1. Experiență:

  2. Minim 3 ani de experiență în participarea la procedurile de achizitii publice

  3. Experienta de lucru cu sistemul SICAP/SEAP

  4. Experienta in elaborarea ofertelor comerciale si a documentației specifice licitațiilor publice si procesului de contractare

  5. Cunoștințe si competențe tehnice

  6. Cunoasterea pietei si produselor de securitate si IT&C

  7. Curs expert achizitii publice
  8. Cunoașterea sistemului SICAP/SEAP
  9. Cunoasterea legislatiei privind achizitiile publice
  10. Cunoștințe privind documentația specifică proceselor de ofertare/contractare
  11. Pachet Microsoft Office

  12. Limba engleza- nivel B2

  13. Profil de abilități si competențe comportamentale

  14. Atentie la detalii

  15. Capacitate de organizare a propriei activitati
  16. Abilitatea de a comunica clar si concis
  17. Abilitatati de negociere
