Finance Reporting Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Extract, verify, consolidate, and format financial data across global business functions
• Design dashboards and reports that reflect business performance and trends
• Analyze financial metrics and identify performance drivers
• Reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to reporting standardization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, mathematics, or statistics
• 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong understanding of financial data and ability to draw actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other automation tools
• Experience with Business Warehouse or BI reporting solutions
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Lean mindset and ability to drive process improvements
