We are looking to hire a Treasury Analyst to lead Aspen Tech business related treasury requirements and give support to our Corporate Treasury team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Cash Management

  • Open and link cash pool accounts with banks; connect accounts to Payment Factory (Trax) and develop MT940 reporting.
  • Oversee daily global cash management, liquidity, and cash flow analysis.
  • Handle intercompany funding and complete FX transactions.
  • Coordinate and release global payments; ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Set up and lead monthly netting settlements, reporting, and user workflows.
  • Coordinate online banking platforms and maintain global bank account database.
  • Prepare monthly cash reporting and concentrate surplus cash to pool header.

Bank Facility & Relationship

  • Prepare and monitor letters of credit, guarantees, and bid bonds.
  • Lead KYC processes and maintain bank documentation.

Systems Administration

  • Manage eTC Treasury Workstation workflows, change requests, and audit reporting.
  • Support users, coordinate back-office procedures, and maintain archiving/database.
  • Produce monthly reports and treasury activity reporting.

Disbursement Controls & Information

  • Ensure Business Unit compliance with treasury policies and disbursement controls.
  • Maintain documentary database for bank accounts.

Other Responsibilities

  • Improve execution in treasury operations.
  • Support ad hoc treasury and M&A projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury or finance
  • Experience in banking a plus
    Strong proficiency with Windows software, Oracle or similar ERP, treasury platforms, bank software and SharePoint
