Managerul de proiect are rolul de a planifica, coordona, implementa și monitoriza proiectele derulate de Fundația ASSA, asigurând atingerea obiectivelor stabilite, utilizarea eficientă a resurselor și respectarea termenelor și bugetelor aprobate.

Responsabilități:

1.Planificare și coordonare

  • Elaborează planurile de activități pentru fiecare proiect din cadrul campaniei "Alături de mame creștem mame" și stabilește obiectivele intermediare.
  • Identifică și aplică măsuri de prevenire a riscurilor.
  • Alocă sarcini echipei și stabilește termene clare de execuție.
  • Organizează ședințe de proiect și asigură buna colaborare între membrii echipei.
  • Oferă suport și feedback pentru dezvoltarea competențelor echipei.

2.Implementare proiecte

  • Coordonează campania "Alături de mame creștem oameni", care cuprinde Mentoratul pentru mamele de la sat, Conferințele Interacțiuni și Conexiuni, Gala ASSA și alte inițiative aprobate de conducere.
  • Monitorizează derularea activităților și asigură respectarea calendarului.
  • Posibilitatea de implicare transversală în alte proiecte, în funcție de activitățile fundației.

3.Raportare și monitorizare

  • Realizează rapoarte periodice privind stadiul proiectelor (indicatori de performanță, riscuri, gradul de satisfacție al beneficiarilor).
  • Propune măsuri de prevenire și corectare a eventualelor riscuri.

4.Management financiar și administrativ

  • Urmărește execuția bugetară și se asigură că resursele sunt utilizate conform prevederilor aprobate.
  • Coordonează procesul de achiziții, respectând legislația și regulamentele interne.
  • Gestionează documentația aferentă proiectelor și transmite documentele verificate către Vicepreședinte.

5.Relații externe și fundraising

  • Asigură legătura cu partenerii și cu stakeholderii.
  • Menține relația cu sponsori, parteneri și finanțatori.
  • Identifică, contactează și menține relația cu sponsori, parteneri și finanțatori.
  • Transmite echipei de fundraising bugetele proiectelor și nevoile financiare.
  • Transmite echipei de comunicare planul de postări necesar pentru comunicarea proiectelor.

Studii superioare: profil socio-uman/ economic / comunicare

Nivel licență

Durată: min. 3 ani

Experiență solicitată:

Experiență profesională în management și/sau coordonare/manager de proiect pentru alte activități asemănătoare.

Durată: min. 2 ani

Competente de leadership;

Competențe de fundraising;

Abilitati de management;

Capacitate de analiza si decizie;

Abilitati de comunicare si relationare interpersonala;

Competente de organizare, coordonare si administrare resurse;
