We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to support our project team in delivering initiatives efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will assist with project coordination, reporting, Agile activities, and operational processes across a team responsible for handling advanced system incidents and requests, while managing all updates, changes, and functional enhancements for a complex energy trading platform.

What You`ll Do:

  • Maintain and continuously update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build, manage, and optimize queries within Azure DevOps.
  • Moderate Agile ceremonies—preparing agendas, guiding discussions, and documenting key outcomes.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor team KPIs and develop clear, data-driven performance dashboards.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data management across project management tools.
  • Enable effective communication and alignment between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support for release processes and incident management activities.

What We`re Looking for:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or PMO support roles.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern project management tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management, resource planning and reporting is highly desirable.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
