What your day will look like

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage credit control and collection activities.
  • Monitor and analyze aging reports, ensuring prompt resolution of overdue balances.
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of disputes.
  • Support month-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations.

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Experience: 2+ years in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.
  • Technical: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Excel.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of invoicing, cash application, and reconciliation processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken, at least B2).
