Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in credit and collections, including cash application
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, credit risk, and collection strategies
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end collections and cash application processes
  • Proven knowledge of and compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Your future role

  • Independently manage credit and collections operations for assigned customer portfolio
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
  • Assess credit worthiness and recommend credit limits based on risk analysis
  • Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate unapplied or misapplied payments
  • Generate AR aging reports and provide insights to Finance and business stakeholders
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to payments and account status
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and local statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and improve processes
  • Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
