As the Global Head of IT Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and security of LEONI´s global IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for optimization of our technological systems, while implementing and maintaining robust security measures to safeguard our data and intellectual property. With a team size of approximately 50 people you have a significant impact towards LEONI's digitalization roadmap. Your exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise will contribute to our continued success and growth.

• You manage and supervise the Global IT Infrastructure organizational unit in alignment with defined goals and objectives, including budget control and strategy planning
• You are responsible for global programs, standards, governance and processes in the area of IT Infrastructure as well as IT Security
• You manage and supervise multiple org units within IT Infrastructure:
  • Datacenter, Network & Cloud
  • Workplace Services
  • IT Security
• You stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management and security
• You manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and support. Also, you provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on IT infrastructure investments, upgrades, and enhancements including strategic sourcing decisions
• You develop and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, change management and efficiency

• You have proven experience in a leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure, operations, and IT security in a complex and global environment
• You create adhesion in international teams through excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of IT professionals
• You provide strong technical knowledge and expertise in areas such as network architecture, virtualization, cloud computing, data centers, and cybersecurity
• Moreover, you have an in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure management frameworks, industry standards, and best practices
• You are experienced in implementing and managing enterprise-wide IT security programs, including risk management, incident response, and compliance
• You show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and initiatives
• Business fluency in English, together with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, round off your profile
