PEOPLE HUNT is partnering with an established, fast-growing B2B iGaming technology company to hire a Head of CRM. This is a strategic leadership role for a CRM expert ready to take ownership of customer lifecycle and engagement across multiple brands and regions.

Our client simplifies the process of launching and scaling online casinos by combining cutting-edge tech with deep operational and marketing expertise. The team is global, multicultural, and focused on driving success in a highly competitive space.

As Head of CRM, you will:

• Develop and own the global CRM strategy across all brands and markets.

• Lead and mentor the CRM team to drive engagement, retention, and LTV.

• Build scalable, data-driven CRM frameworks using leading tools and segmentation logic.

• Collaborate closely with product, data, design, and brand marketing teams.

• Analyze performance metrics and implement A/B tests to continuously optimize.

• Ensure lifecycle journeys comply with industry and regional regulations.

• 5+ years of CRM experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or head of role.

• Strong knowledge of iGaming or other highly regulated digital industries (e.g., fintech, gaming).

• Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar.

• A data-driven approach, with hands-on segmentation, testing, and reporting skills.

• Fluent English and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional, international teams.
