Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Bucharest, Romania. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, manage the workforce, implement operational policies and strategies, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency. The role entails supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of operations.

Qualifications


• Operational Management and Strategic Planning skills


• Experience in Supervising Staff and Team Coordination


• Budget Management and Financial Reporting skills


• Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Ability to work on-site in Bucharest, Romania


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field


• Experience in the manpower or staffing industry is a plus
