Scope
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements, based on PSA BDP Ethics and Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with the customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing information about our services, policies and assist customers with their shipments.
- Update customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance with PSA BDP policies.
- System & Data Management & Document interactions in relationship with customers and service providers.
- Duty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of their shipments
- Duty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical manager
- Create SOP's when require to support the offshoring process.
- Handle complaints and resolve problems efficiently and professionally, find solutions in due time and suitable manner. Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized departments when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance) to resolve various issues.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns or system inefficiencies.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on products and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Contribute to improving customer experience through suggestions and insights.
Qualifications / Experience
- 2-3 years of experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in Logistics
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
- Good communication skills in Romanian and English.
