UniCredit S.p.A., Romania branch represents the Holding Company in Romania with services in the areas of information and communications technology (ICT), back office and middle office, security management, procurement, and governance functions.

As a Business Analyst for SAP Finance you'll participate in many aspects of the SAP Application Management lifecycle, such as design, customization, testing and support. Based in Bucharest, Romania, you will be working in partnership with colleagues from the SAP Finance teams for the day-to-day support activities and new implementation projects.

As a UniCredit SAP Finance Business Analyst, you will be a part of a growing community that is Global and operates across all UniCredit's regions & application disciplines.

• Manage end to end change projects, maintenance, and support activities
• Identify functional and technical requirements; write and document them
• Assess standard SAP solutions as fit/gaps with the business requirements and assess customized solutions as fit/gaps with the business requirements
• Write technical specifications and work with developers
• Provide training to users, super-users; provide information sessions to stakeholders
• Test the SAP system; manage system defects

• Hands on experience on SAP FI/CO
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO Org Structures; GL, Cost Centers / Elements, Activity Types / Rates, Company Codes for a Global Organization required
• SAP ECC Configuration experience with FI GL, A/R, A/P and FA (Fixed Assets) and CO required
• Month-end Close experience required
• End-to end implementations experience
• Day-to-day SAP FI/CO support experience
• Incident / Change / Problem Management experience
• Business / SAP FI/CO Technical analytical experience
• SAP S/4 Hana experience
