Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead meetings with banks, the vendor, and the internal teams
• Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Set bank discovery calls and liaise with IT finance. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback.
• Dimension the capabilities of each member firm's banking partner.
• Recommend best suited connectivity options for the member firm.
• Gather IT, finance system, and bank specifications to help provision the connectivity solution.

• Assist business analysts to document scope requirements and process diagrams with the local member firm.

• Propose ways to improve the services offered by applying in-depth knowledge related to the product.

• Develop strong working relationships with clients, anticipating needs and communicating regularly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process.
• Create testing plan and testing scenarios.
• Coordinate completion of statement of work and bank paperwork.
  Provide support to client after product go-live and monitor any production issues.

• Ability to conduct client-facing meetings in a professional manner
  Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and collaboratively with virtual teams

Preferred Knowledge

• Experience in finance, treasury, payment systems, banking landscape, ERP systems, fintech, accounts payable., knowledge of cash management.
• Experience with FIS (Integrity) or Fides products is a big plus
• Reading and analyzing payment files
• IT project experience
• Experience with cross-cultural communication is a plus
• Project management, client engagement, and consulting experience is a plus
  Experience using Jira is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years working in a professional environment
• Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:

Must have bachelor's degree
