Role Overview:

Proactively provide financial expertise and challenge constructively the Manufacturing department, ensuring alignment between strategies and financial goals to drive profitability and growth. Generate insightful analysis with a total business mindset to drive profitable decisions in the business. Manage financial input of the function into the long-term strategic financial business plan, the annual budget and forecasts. challenges and supports the development of the financial assumptions that underpin the Manufacturing plan.

Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering, Challenger: Support Capex business cases with detailed analyses, facilitating the development of financial insights for enhanced decision-making within the Manufacturing leadership. Design and review together with Cluj Manufacturing team the financial performance of the brewery, ensuring accurate and timely cost monitoring and detailed financial performance analysis.
• Financial Analysis and Advisory: Assesses financial aspects of initiatives and projects relevant to dedicated area using established financial evaluation tools and provides recommendations.
• Decision support for Manufacturing teams across the following areas: Capital Investment Management, Variable Cost Management and Controllable Fixed Cost Management.
• Management Reporting: Support the monthly Flash process - ensuring the accurate and transparent financial management of Manufacturing activities - as well as manage other monthly, quarterly and year-end management reports. Assist FP&A Finance with monthly accruals as well as overall year-end accrual process. Conducting monthly performance reviews with Cluj Manufacturing team to ensure confidence in actual results as well as highlighting of key issues, risks and opportunities for further decision making.
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting: Works with Manufacturing management team to deliver the planning, budgeting & forecasting processes; evaluates investment choices from a financial perspective to provide a long-term perspective of the P&L and cash flow impact.
• Relationship Building: Fosters strong cross-functional relationships, maintaining effective communication with ISC and Finance teams.
• Monitoring and Supporting Proper Corporate Controls: Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements, overseeing spend estimation, purchase orders & invoice processing.

Requirements:

• Degree-level education (or equivalent) in relevant subject area (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics).
• 4-5 years in commercial finance or revenue management roles with focus on top line analyses.
• Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English.
• Experience in Romania FMCG industry needed.
