Department
The position is in the Architecture, Data & AI department, part of the FLS IT organization. We are the internal business partner for end-to-end data solutions and analytics expertise.

Our purpose is to provide our company with a best-in-class data and analytics function that drives innovation and growth through data democratization, data visualization and advanced analytics, including machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data & BI team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, a passion for reporting solutions, and a drive to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing reporting solutions within the D365 environment, including Power BI.
• Developing and planning a complete reporting strategy for D365 F&O and CRM that aligns with the global business reporting objectives and supports data-driven decision-making .
• Design, develop, and maintain a variety of reports and dashboards using D365 F&O, CRM reporting tools, such as Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and reporting end-users, to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Be a trusted advisor to business in their data challenges.

What You Bring

• Strong background in designing and implementing reporting solutions within the D365 environment, including Power BI.
• Strong knowledge in the Snowflake cloud or Azure SQL database
• Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end significant data engi
• Experienced in developing data models and data integration strategies to create accurate and efficient reporting solutions
• Experience in coaching team members and providing training.

The Following Experience Will Be Considered a Plus

• Experience with GenAI

Education Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in data engineer covering D365 reporting.
