Lenovo is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Learning Program Manager to join the International Sales Organization learning team to design and scale learning programs that elevate global sales capability, drive seller performance, and align with Lenovo's business priorities.

The ideal candidate must be a strategic and experienced
Senior Instructional Designer
with a strong background in
CRM and Sales Enablement systems training
, combined with
program management expertise
, to drive sales enablement initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and managing learning programs that enhance the adoption and performance of sales systems and tools (e.g., MS D365, Sales Sphere, SAP), improve sales process efficiency, and support revenue-generating teams.

They must bring a blend of instructional design acumen, systems training expertise, and program leadership within a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Systems Training Design:

  • Design, develop, and deploy learning solutions that train global sales teams on CRM and Sales Enablement systems, including onboarding, process updates, and tool integrations.
  • Translate complex system functionality into digestible, sales-friendly training formats—focused on driving adoption and productivity.
  • Leverage AI-powered authoring and content curation tools to accelerate the development, personalization, and delivery of learning assets across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Create blended learning assets including interactive eLearning, ILT/vILT sessions, process simulations, how-to guides, and performance support tools.
  • Partner with sales operations and IT teams to ensure learning solutions align with system configurations and sales workflows

Program Project Management

  • Partner closely with the Curriculum Manager to plan, execute, and scale sales training programs related to CRM deployments, enhancements, and business process changes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, define training milestones, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to coordinate rollouts, manage localization and translation needs, and ensure delivery of globally consistent, high-impact enablement materials.
  • Contribute to the establishment of governance, version control, and quality assurance processes for all systems-related learning assets.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to the Curriculum Manager and key stakeholders to drive alignment and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Business, Learning Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design with a focus on CRM training and program management.
  • Strong understanding of sales CRM systems, especially Microsoft D365, SAP.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional training programs across global sales teams.
  • Skilled in agile program/project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
  • Proficient with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), LMS platforms, and virtual training delivery.
