Candidatul Ideal:


• Absolvent studii superioare economice


• Cunostinte operare PC-pachetul MS Office nivel mediu (buna cunostere MS EXCEL)


• Abilitati de organizare si planificare


• Persoana dinamica, deschisa, orientata spre solutii


• Seriozitate si implicare.


• Cunoasterea programelor ODOO sau Microsoft Dynamics AX constituie un avantaj.

Descrierea jobului:


• Inregistrarea corecta si completa a tuturor documentelor contabile, conform legislatiei in vigoare.


• Inregistreaza, sorteaza si depoziteaza documentele financiar-contabile in conformitate cu normele existente


• Utilizeaza programe informatice de specialitate pentru a introduce si inregistra datele primare precum si pentru a dezvolta rapoarte contabile si operationale


• Alege conturile din planul de conturi in functie de specificul activitatii si aloca intrarile in conturile adecvate


• Suport pentru solicitari punctuale management si raportari punctuale in structura si timpul solicitate, asista managerul in probleme financiar-contabile si vine cu solutii la situatiile din departament si companie.


• Alte sarcini si responsabilitati aferente departamentului financiar-contabil, in functie de proiectele companiei si la solicitarea managerului.
