In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Design, implement, and complete detailed test plans and test cases for web applications.
• Perform functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Validate that implementations align with business requirements and user expectations.

Product Understanding & Configuration:

• Develop deep knowledge of our complex product and its various configurations.
• Test configuration changes to ensure they produce expected outcomes and document impacts

Defect Management:

• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Work with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes
• Prioritize defects based on business impact and technical severity
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues stay fixed

User Experience Evaluation:

• Evaluate user interfaces for functionality, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Provide feedback on UX improvements based on testing findings.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements and priorities.
• Communicate testing results and quality metrics to stakeholders and participate in agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience, preferably with web applications
• Experience in testing complex, configurable products
• Experience working directly with product owners and business stakeholders
• Background in understanding and validating business requirements
• Experience with UX/UI testing and evaluation
• Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Understanding of web technologies and application architecture
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and standard processes
• Basic understanding of automation testing principles

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with business intelligence tools or data visualization platforms
• Understanding of UX principles and usability testing
• Knowledge of API testing methods and tools
• Experience with testing tools like Appium and Playright
• Experience in a domain with complex business rules and configurations
