What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and implementing Generative AI solutions with a focus on practical applications and innovation
  • Researching and applying cutting-edge techniques in large language models (LLMs) and generative AI
  • Developing prototypes and scaling them to robust production systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI projects
  • Engineering and preparing datasets for model training and evaluation
  • Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code for AI pipelines and applications
  • Supporting governance, compliance, and risk processes related to AI development
  • Staying current with GenAI trends and contributing to internal knowledge sharing

What You'll Bring Along

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and large language model architectures
  • Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Experience with data manipulation tools like SQL and Pandas
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and cloud-native ML tools
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building innovative AI solutions
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or similar tools is a bonus, but not required
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
