Main Responsibilities
Updating company databases by inputting employee details, learning information, performance evaluations.

Conducting research and analysis related to HR and CSR projects.

Dealing with onboarding new colleagues and bringing new ideas of improvement

Supporting the increase of Prysmian Brand awareness by being involved in creating campaigns on different social platform and participating do different events organized locally and in other areas of Europe

Who are we looking for?
University degree in a related field.

Strong communication skills.

Good English written and oral communication skills

Willing to travel

A "can do" attitude

The desire to learn all the time and to obtain new knowledges

The willing to improve internal procedures
