YOUR CHALLENGES
As a Professional Payroll, you will actively contribute to the development of internal processes and the growth of the organization, within the framework of a leading European logistics and transport company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and executing all aspects of personnel administration and payroll, with a strong focus on accuracy, legal compliance, and employee orientation.
- Ensuring error-free management of personnel files and timekeeping, processing changes in TrueHR and Workday systems, and submitting updates to REGES, together with the team.
- Providing support to employees, managers, and other stakeholders regarding personnel administration and related matters.
- Submitting monthly reports to the Team Manager Payroll & Administration.
- Monitoring legislative changes and collective labor agreements, and applying them correctly in employee administration.
- Making a substantial contribution to the optimization of payroll and HR administration processes, in close collaboration with HR colleagues in Bolintin Deal and Oradea.
- Supporting the HR team with various tasks beyond the standard scope, contributing to smooth and effective teamwork.
YOUR TALENTS
- You hold a university degree, an HR inspector certification, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in personnel administration.
- You enjoy working in complex organizational environments and have experience managing diverse employment situations, payroll systems, and employment conditions.
- You have solid Excel skills, and if you've worked with TrueHR Workday, you'll adapt quickly to this role.
- In addition to your technical expertise, you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
