• You will provide independent acceptance and processing of inquiries
• You will support for employees in the onboarding process in different locations (user application, setup of virtual machines, permissions on necessary systems), including conducting onboarding sessions
• You will provide assistance in creating documentation and result presentations for the project leads
• You will aid in further development of PMO processes
• You will handle the documentation of processes and activities

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• Previous experience in PMO activities such as onboarding coordination, documentation, process support, and stakeholder communication
• Good Communication and Collaboration skills
• Positive attitude, with a "can do" aaproach
• Confortable in using the MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence would be considered a plus

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German would be a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
