About This Role
As a Fixed Access Performance & Benchmarking Expert within the Group Network Fixed Access Engineering function, you will play a pivotal role in driving the stability and performance of Fixed Networks across 10 European markets. You will be responsible for designing and reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting dashboard creation, and leading benchmarking initiatives. Your work will directly influence customer experience and service quality, while promoting best practices and optimisation across Vodafone's Fixed Access Networks.

Who Are You
You are a highly skilled professional with deep technical expertise in Fixed Access Networks (HFC, FTTH, xDSL, Wholesale). You bring a strong understanding of KPI-driven performance management and are experienced in cloud-based data analysis and automation. You are collaborative, results-oriented, and capable of leading multinational projects. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams makes you a key contributor to strategic planning and service improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead root cause analysis of performance degradation across vendor, functionality, and design dimensions
  • Coordinate initiatives across EU markets and vendors to resolve network issues and improve customer experience
  • Design and review KPIs for Fixed Access Networks, ensuring customer-centric performance delivery
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for Fixed Access Engineering teams
  • Drive automation and data correlation projects with Big Data departments
  • Estimate and manage budgets for benchmarking, crowdsourcing, and probe-related projects
  • Promote best practices and quality standards across markets
  • Report performance insights to senior leadership and quality boards
  • Lead optimisation activities and deep dives into network performance

What Skills You Need

  • University degree in Telecommunications; MBA is recommended
  • 5+ years' experience in a telecommunications operator or organisation managing large heterogeneous Access & IP infrastructures
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Access technologies (HFC, FTTH, xDSL, Wholesale)
  • Expertise in KPI-driven performance management and automation
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) and scripting (Python)
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong teamwork and results orientation
