*Tasks*

  • Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, with a focus on role and user provisioning
  • Perform in-depth analysis of system errors, dumps, and incidents
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and system logs to identify and resolve issues
  • Implement configuration changes and apply effective workarounds as required
  • Collaborate with specialist departments and external service providers; maintain accurate documentation in the BHB
  • Customize workflows to meet business requirements
  • Report software bugs or system issues to 3rd-level support and track resolution progress
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the application landscape

Qualifications

  • Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, particularly in role and user provisioning
  • Apply knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SC) to support governance, risk, and compliance processes
  • Manage SAP users and roles, including creation, maintenance, and optimization
  • Ensure compliance with security and authorization standards in SAP systems

  • Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited
  • Line of work: Consulting
  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is nice to have
