Responsabilitati principale:


• Reprezinti Single Point of Contact pentru utilizatorii interni in legatura cu solicitarile si incidentele IT.


• Oferi suport tehnic de nivel 1 si 2 pentru:


• Aplicatii Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)


• Sisteme Windows 10/11, device-uri mobile (iOS/Android)


• Aplicatii interne si echipamente hardware (laptopuri, periferice, imprimante)


• Gestionezi cererile venite prin e-mail si sistemul de ticketing, asigurand clasificarea corecta a incidentelor (categorie, prioritate, impact etc.).


• Efectuezi diagnosticare tehnica de prim nivel si aplici proceduri standard de remediere.


• Escalezi catre echipele tehnice superioare cazurile complexe, urmarind progresul si rezolvarea in SLA-urile agreate.


• Monitorizezi alertele IT (unde este cazul) si contribui activ la preventia incidentelor recurente.


• Creezi si actualizezi documentatie tehnica, proceduri si articole de tip Knowledge Base.


• Asiguri o comunicare profesionista, prietenoasa si orientata catre solutie cu utilizatorii.

Cerinte tehnice & competente necesare:


• Cunostinte solide despre sisteme de operare Windows (configurare, troubleshooting, etc).


• Experienta cu Microsoft 365: configurare profil Outlook, management licente, permisiuni.


• Familiaritate cu instrumente de ticketing (ex: ServiceNow).


• Cunoasterea proceselor ITIL – certificare ITIL Foundation reprezinta un avantaj.


• Limba engleza – nivel mediu/avansat (scris si vorbit)

Ar fi un plus daca ai:


• Experienta in suport tehnic minim 1 an.


• Cunostinte despre managementul in Active Directory, group policies.


• Experienta cu tool-uri de management remote & deployment (Intune, SCCM etc.).


• Orientare catre automatizare si imbunatatirea proceselor.
