The Role
We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative
to join our growing DACH team. This is a fully remote, outbound-focused role. Ideal for someone who thrives on
cold calling
,
structured outreach
, and building early-stage client relationships.
You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify potential customers, run outbound prospecting campaigns, and qualify leads for our Account Executives using qualifying frameworks.
We also offer a clear growth path from SDR into Account Executive and other commercial roles within the team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume
cold outreach
(calls, emails, LinkedIn, event follow-ups) - Qualify prospects and book demos with decision-makers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Maintain clean CRM records (HubSpot) and pipeline hygiene
- Understand client pain points and communicate our value proposition
- Manage your own time and tasks with autonomy
- Collaborate with Marketing and CS to improve targeting and conversion
You'll Thrive Here If You…
Are a
fluent German and English (C1+) speaker.
Are confident on the phone and energized by outbound sales
Have experience with
cold calling
or
B2B sales development
Are structured, self-motivated, and emotionally resilient
Enjoy working in fast-paced, remote-first SaaS teams
Can manage yourself as an
independent contractor
(B2B/Independent – invoice & taxes)
Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or the
accounting/tax
market
