We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who loves talking to people, understands business challenges, and enjoys opening doors for high-value conversations. If you're energetic, curious, and want to grow in modern B2B sales, read on
What You'll Do
- Make daily outbound calls
- Start real conversations with decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on clear criteria
- Book meetings for our senior sales team or clients
What We're Looking For
- 1 year sales experience ( preffered b2b )
- Someone who enjoys talking to people
- Good listener with strong qualifying skills
- Disciplined and consistent with daily targets
- Comfortable following scripts but also adapting naturally
- Familiar with LinkedIn, CRMs, or sales tools (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Positive, proactive, and reliable
- Happy to learn and develop
