Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Community Operations Specialist. The Community Operations Specialist will be responsible for daily operations management, project management, and sales support activities. Key tasks include analyzing community data, improving engagement strategies, and ensuring smooth operations within the community. Additionally, the specialist will communicate effectively with members to resolve issues and streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Strong Communication skills and Sales support experience
  • Project Management proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in community management or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
