We're seeking
a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused individual to manage both order processing and customer support.

The role
: Accurately process customer orders while providing top-notch assistance to clients through phone and email.

You'll be:

  • Processing  customer orders properly and efficiently from start to finish
  • Monitoring order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information
  • Assisting with returns, exchanges, and order adjustments
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to resolve order or delivery issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions in company systems
  • Providing feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

We need someone who:

  • Has previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field
  • Brings strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Pays close attention to details and stays organized
  • Can multitask and keep up in a fast‑paced environment
  • Feels comfortable using order management systems and basic computer applications
  • Is organized, proactive, and pays attention to details
  • Can work full-time from our HQ in Timpuri Noi, Bucharest
