Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, tracking deliveries, providing product information, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Process orders received on the website, by phone, or by e-mail.
  • Track the deliveries of shipped products using the courier company's interface.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about the products sold.
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to drive sales and revenue of the company's existing product portfolio and take advantage of sales promotion opportunities when appropriate.
  • Handle research issues, customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively communicate with other departments involved in order processing to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
