Misiunea rolului

Cautam un Growth Marketing Manager cu gandire strategica si abilitati operationale, care sa conduca dezvoltarea accelerata a canalelor de vanzare ale organizatiei Laboratorul de Sosete in zona de e-commerce si de distributie.

Vei fi responsabil/a de crearea si implementarea planurilor de crestere, optimizarea performantei canalelor digitale si clasice, lansarea de produse profitabile si identificarea de noi oportunitati comerciale aEUR" de la strategie pana la executie, intr-o colaborare stransa si aliniata cu coordonatorul direct.

Cerinte:

  • Minimum 5 ani experienta in growth marketing, performance marketing sau e-commerce management.
  • Cunostinte avansate de Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Email Automation.
  • Gandire strategica, orientare spre date si rezultate, capacitate de executie rapida.
  • Experienta in coordonarea echipelor mixte (interni + freelanceri).
  • Abilitati analitice si creative echilibrate aEUR" capabil/a sa interpreteze date si sa construiasca poveste de brand.
  • Abilitati de design / content reprezinta un mare plus.
  • Nivel avansat de engleza (scris si vorbit).
  • Strategie si crestere e-commerce: definesti si executi planuri de dezvoltare pentru magazinul online propriu, marketplace-uri si alte canale digitale, in acord cu directia strategica stabilita.
  • Optimizare funnel and conversii: analizezi performanta site-ului, imbunatatesti experienta utilizatorilor (UX/UI) si cresti rata de conversie prin testare si ajustare continua.
  • Performance marketing: coordonezi campaniile Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads si Amazon Ads, gestionezi bugete si optimizezi ROI.
  • Brand and continut: dezvolti directia de comunicare a brandului si coordonezi campaniile creative, social media si e-mail marketing, colaborand cu echipa interna si cu freelanceri.
  • Dezvoltare comerciala: identifici si validezi noi canale de vanzare (marketplace-uri, retail modern, B2B), lansezi produse noi cu USP-uri clare si pozitionare strategica.
  • Analiza and raportare: interpretezi datele de performanta, analizezi profitabilitatea per produs si canal si propui actiuni de optimizare.
  • Lansari de produse: gestionezi procesul complet aEUR" de la idee, pret si pozitionare pana la campania de promovare si scalare.
  • Colaborare si coordonare: lucrezi direct cu echipele de productie, logistica si suport, influentand deciziile strategice privind stocurile, listarile si preturile.

Rolul implica atat coordoAnare strategica, cat si implicare directa in implementarea campaniilor si optimizarilor digitale, cu aliniere constanta la viziunea fondatorului.

Pentru PR, CSR si lansari de produse vei colabora cu freelanceri si agentii specializate, avand libertatea de a selecta si coordona partenerii potriviti.
