We're looking for a passionate
Account Manager
to join our team and help us grow lasting partnerships with clients across ~
6 counties (Galați, Harghita, Covasna, Vrancea, Vaslui, Bacău)
. Our future colleague should be based in
Harghita, Covasna, or Bacău
(for proximity reasons).

Key Responsibilities
Account Management

• Understand client needs, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.
• Lead account planning, expand buying centers, and identify new opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with both customers and internal teams.
• Support product launches and align strategies through effective communication and training.

Opportunity Management

• Convert leads into sales with actionable plans.
• Manage territory effectively and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify profitable opportunities.
• Evaluate partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals.

Product, Service & Industry Knowledge

• Position our offerings against competitors and address customer needs (spoken and unspoken).
• Troubleshoot product-related issues confidently.

Negotiation

• Lead successful negotiations, balancing customer and company priorities.

What We're Looking For

• University degree.
• Valid driving license (B category).
• Previous sales experience is a must, automotive sector exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills: native in Romanian, intermediate level in English, Hungarian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
• Field mobility (up to 50% of time spent in the field).
