Customer Data Analyst with French

What We're Looking For

• Good knowledge of French (minimum B2);
• Comfortable using English in a professional context;
• Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools;
• Intermediate Excel and Office suite skills;
• Team-worker attitude.

Customer Account Management
As a Customer Data Analyst, you will:

• Cooperation with the Sales Department for receiving and processing an accurate CarForm
• Proposing solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently
• Correct and timely setup of customer accounts (including processes such as creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation)
• Verification of account accuracy
• Conducting applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk
• Checking identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo)

Handling Complaints Regarding Customer Accounts Received From Customers

• Analysis of customer complaints
• Proposing measures to improve practices
• Resolving the complaint
• Providing a correct and sufficient response to the requester

Other Activities

• Issuing reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars
• Resolving ad hoc issues
• Creating missing procedures and updating existing ones for processes within the area of responsibility
• Participating in testing and implementing new projects with the project ambassador
• Participating in and organizing operational or development meetings
• Cooperating with the direct manager in case new tasks applicable to the position arise
