Purpose of the position:

  • Manage and create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction, according to marketing strategy;
  • Implementation and support of digital related topics for internal stakeholders, such as mobile apps or similar.

General tasks:

  • Facilitate internal digital marketing requests including social media and email graphics, in line with marketing strategy;
  • Produce elements for all digital channels including Social Media;
  • Developing and/or managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as: social media, search engines, email and mobile platforms;
  • Monitoring brand mentions and trends in the market for social media and digital channels;
  • Managing paid social and digital campaigns;
  • Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers;
  • Manage contracts and legal requirements for social media and digital iniititives;
  • Contribute to creating guides for the channels that she/he coordinates;
  • Administration of internal applications, such as mobile or other campaign channels, Whatsapp or similar.

Budget administration for Digital activities:

  • Order/project entry and interface to accounting;
  • Supplier system.

Social Media:

  • Create and implement Social Media content calendar for all platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linkedin;
  • Collaborate with marketing, design teams and partners, to plan and develop content, style and layout and ensure consistent brand messages across all assets;
  • Creating platform-specific content aligned with brand platform, brand guidelines and strategy;
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content;
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community;
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs.

Website:

  • Collaborate with marketing, design teams and partners, to plan and develop site content, style and layout and ensure consistent brand messages across all assets;
  • Oversee high-quality, engaging messaging and content for website campaigns;
  • Oversee and implement website adjustments based on internal briefs: banners, LP, text, image replacements, regulations;
  • Administrate website content trough CMS;
  • Ensure website content complies with brand guidelines;
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic;
  • Use web metrics and knowledge of digital technology to maximize search rankings, optimize content, analyze user engagement and optimise bounce rate.

Community management
:

  • Responding to comments and messages on all Brand communication platforms: Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube, GMB;
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

:

  • Independent and structured way of working;
  • Excellent time management skills & selfstarter;
  • Creativity and aesthetic flair;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Presentation and storytelling skills.

Technical requirements
:

  • Education: Relevant training in the field of marketing or similar;
  • Professional experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing: Minimum 4-5 years experience required;
  • Good project management skills;
  • Social analytics and planning tools experience;
  • Sound MS skills;
  • Experience with: Google Analytics and GMB ;
  • Nice to have experience with: WordPress, Adobe, Canva;
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web traffic metrics;
  • English advanced level.
