About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic professional who can manage our social media presence and produce engaging video content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management and video editing, with a flair for creating content that connects with our audience and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Edit raw video footage into polished content using editing tools/software.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for content ideas and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in social media management and video editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
