pentru a coordona si inspira o echipa dedicata, alaturi de care vei contribui la construirea unor experiente memorabile pentru pacienti.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Sa fii o persoana orientata spre oameni, dornica sa coordoneze si sa motiveze o echipa;
  • Sa ai experienta de minimum 2 ani in coordonarea unei echipe sau intr-un rol similar;
  • Sa dai dovada de gandire analitica, organizare si atentie la detalii;
  • Sa ai o atitudine proactiva si sa vii cu idei de imbunatatire a proceselor;
  • Sa comunici clar, empatic si constructiv, adaptandu-te cu usurinta diferitelor situatii si tipologii de oameni.

  • Sunt atenti la nevoile celor cu care interactioneaza;
  • Sunt gata sa ofere experiente memorabile pozitive pacientilor;
  • Sunt ambasadorii lucrului in echipa;

  • Isi doresc permanent sa fie mai buni decat au fost ieri.

Sa-ti povestim pe scurt despre rol:

  • Coordonezi si dezvolti echipa de Customer Success, astfel incat obiectivele sa fie atinse si pacientii sa aiba parte de o experienta cat mai buna;
  • Te asiguri ca feedback-urile si solicitarile clientilor sunt tratate cu atentie, profesionalism si promptitudine;
  • Oferi suport si indrumare colegilor tai prin intalniri periodice, setarea de obiective clare si feedback constant;
  • Propui idei si planuri de actiune pentru imbunatatirea proceselor, astfel incat sa crestem impreuna satisfactia pacientilor;
  • Contribui la dezvoltarea profesionala a echipei, prin coaching, training si incurajarea asumarii valorilor noastre.
