We are an early stage, global platform technology company, focused helping companies ensure the products they make are safe in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods/Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager.

This is a critical role liaising with internal global leaders as well as company stakeholders. The right candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent English communication skills (both verbal and in writing), strong customer service orientation, project management skills, flexible work times to liaise with clients globally, will be organized, have a high attention to detail, and a strong team orientation. This is a remote role, thus a self-starter is a good fit for this organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer success/customer service.

  • Platform Support for all stakeholder types: Customers, Suppliers, and Service Providers, with Platform update testing support as needed
  • Marketing Communications platform and collaborate on content,
  • Bring new learnings and tech applications to the organization as mined from our tech partners including Google, Twilio, Mendix and Snowflake.
  • Conduct Supplier Post Service Interviews with for all services delivered globally, Track progress and Aggregate feedback and present to the team for insights and analysis
  • Management of project management process to track and follow up on organization progress and priorities
  • Assist with presentation and marketing materials development.
  • Responsible for controlling organizational documents, maintain finalized, draft and historical document system, update Governance and Templates as needed
  • Manage Platform Invoicing Process records and support semi-monthly payments. May include entries in quickbooks
  • Act as Google Workspace Administrator, manage organizationally issued certifications for service providers
  • Organization Support, e.g. Emails with teammates and stakeholders, participate in internal meetings as needed.
  • Assist with implementation of continuous improvement in all areas of the organization.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.
  • May be an opportunity to attend a meeting globally from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Self starter, well organized, able to work effectively with little supervision.
  • Flexibility and effective time management. In order to provide quick response to suppliers around the world, it is essential for the candidate to adjust their work schedule to communicate with stakeholders in their time zone.
  • Effective application of technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of self and team.
  • Proactive attitude and customer-focused mindset to get the job done.
  • Great communication and personal skills to work with the global suppliers in different cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 1,800.00RON - 3,000.00RON per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
