Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
- Support and train partners to ensure their success
- Manage performance of existing partners and develop strategies to boost sales and revenue
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, collaborating to achieve mutual goals
- Align channel and sales efforts in close collaboration with the sales team
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Develop and implement channel programs, including training, marketing, and incentive initiatives
- Track and report partner performance using key metrics such as sales and revenue
- Identify and resolve conflicts or challenges within the channel
- Provide guidance on products and solutions to partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and visibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in channel management or sales
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to partners/clients
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proven ability to build and sustain partner relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
- Motivated to learn and grow within channel management
