Training & Guidance Lead (f/m/x)

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. As Training and Guidance Lead, you will develop, maintain, and execute Global Procurement's Contracting and Contract Management training strategy, including creating and delivering training materials and sessions for TPC system users on system functionality, related technologies, and TPC procedures. This role involves managing the global TPC champion network, defining training programs based on user feedback and relevant reporting to drive system adoption and user proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Global Procurement training strategy for contracting and contract management.
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions for TPC system users.
• Define training programs based on user feedback and relevant reporting.
• Drive system adoption and user proficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and updates to TPC systems and procedures.
• Manage the global TPC champion network.

Skills

• Strong training and development experience.
