A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Finance & Commercial Manager at Voith Hydro Romania, you will oversee the accuracy and revision of bookkeeping, financial resources, and project-related financial obligations. Your daily activities will include preparing financial statements, budgets, and analyses for management, while ensuring the overall financial health of the company. You will liaise with clients and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve any discrepancies.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Ensure the accuracy and revision of bookkeeping and financial resources
• Manage financial obligations related to projects and purchases for clients and subcontractors
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and analyses for management
• Support and validate employees' expense reports
• Maintain SAP/ERP records accurately
• Prepare cash flow reports for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Handle fiscal representative issues and VAT balancing for projects
• Prepare banking documents and related forms
• Generate regular reports for headquarters
• Conduct cost analysis for current and future projects
• Maintain relationships with finance departments of clients and subcontractors to clarify discrepancies
• Review and validate all financial and commercial documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Fiscal, and Legal Advisors
• Analyze and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory economic requirements
• Manage project invoicing and payment details

What You Bring

• Proven experience in financial accounting and supervision
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
• Experience working in international companies, familiar with recharge and other contract types
• Understanding of international payment regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong background in financial management, accounting, or controlling
• Solid knowledge of IFRS principles, tax reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting systems
• Knowledge of fiscal representative roles and VAT balance handling for projects
