Our mission is to develop and maintain the Observability Platform as a product for development teams: build, automate, and scale solutions for monitoring, logging, and tracing (ELK, VictoriaMetrics, PagerDuty, Opentelemetry, Grafana, etc.).

Your tasks will include:
  • Design and develop the observability platform
  • Integrate and automate the collection and visualization of metrics, logs, and traces
  • Solve advanced monitoring challenges for high-load systems
  • Collaborate with developers to implement observability best practices
  • Tune and support highly available, fault-tolerant solutions
What we expect from you:
  • Experience working with the observability stack: ELK, VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, PagerDuty, Opentelemetry
  • Strong understanding of observability principles: monitoring, logging, tracing
  • Linux administration skills
  • Confident automation skills (Bash, Python/Go)
  • Ability to build high availability and high-performance solutions
  • Experience with Git, Terraform, Ansible
  • English proficiency — reading and writing
Will be an advantage:
  • Experience developing production-grade observability solutions
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
