Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Platform Engineer with a strong background in RPA infrastructure and deployment

automation. This role is central to maintaining and scaling our RPA platforms, ensuring reliable bot operations through robust

CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment management.

Responsibilities

 Manage and maintain RPA environments, including development, test, and production setups.

 Own and optimize deployment processes, ensuring smooth and secure bot releases.

 Implement and maintain version control systems for automation assets and configurations.

 Schedule and monitor bot executions, ensuring alignment with business SLAs.

 Design and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise DevOps tools.

 Collaborate with developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.

 Troubleshoot platform issues and drive root cause analysis for environment-related incidents

.Required

 6+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in RPA environments.

 Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or other RPA platforms.

 Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

 Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

 Experience with bot scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

 Exposure to telecom, media, or technology domains.

 Experience with infrastructure as code and automated provisioning
