Mid/Senior Platform/DevOps Engineer – Operations

About the team: We believe Operations is more than "keeping the lights on." Our team builds and runs reliable, secure, and future-proof platforms — enabling developers to move fast without breaking things. We're looking for a Platform / DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation, enjoys cloud-native environments, and wants to drive innovation in Operations.

Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Build and operate scalable cloud platforms (AWS)
• Ensure stability, performance and security of systems — from monitoring to incident resolution
• Improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Support container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve our DevOps workflows

We are looking for:

• Experience in Operations, Cloud, or DevOps engineering
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Solid experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Ideally, knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes — or motivation to grow into it
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach
